heli® allows returns or exchanges for products purchased at helitakecharge.com for 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid heli® receipt. If you are returning an item that may be defective refer to our Warranty Policy Page.
When you ship an item to us, please include a note with your name, a copy of your receipt, a return address and daytime phone number. Tell us what you are sending, why you are sending it, and what you would like to have happen. Be sure to ship with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, and send it to this address:
