Warranty Policy

Quest Batteries, owners and distributors of heli® warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that this heli® product will be free from defects in its workmanship and materials (excluding batteries) under normal consumer use for (1) year from date of purchase. This is your exclusive warranty.

The warranty on heli® products is limited to the original consumer/purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase as shown on your original sales receipt and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Registration and proof of purchase are required to obtain warranty performance. The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing and/or replacing products or parts as provided herein. The Company, at its option will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement parts can only be supplied if parts are available. Items out of production may be unavailable.

This warranty is the original purchaser’s sole remedy for product defects, and does not extend to normal wear and tear or to any product, or damage to any product, caused by or attributable to abuse or misuse, products used for commercial or rental purposes, use modification of, or attachments to the product, and products or parts not used, maintained, or installed in accordance with the Company’s installation, maintenance and/or applicable guidelines, use on improper voltage or current, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than a representative from the Company. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.  EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE ABOVE WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

HOW TO RECEIVE SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service team via telephone at (231) 798-7740, or via email at customerservice@helitakecharge.com. If we determine further assistance is required, we will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please properly package the product, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package and include your proof of purchase with the product. Send the product by mail or courier, with shipping costs paid by you, to:

We will process your return and send you a repaired or replaced product at our expense for product being shipped to locations in the domestic US. For product purchased or being shipped outside the U.S. please contact the local distributor from whom you purchased the product, or emailcustomerservice@helitakecharge.com to obtain further distributor information.
